Managed to increase sales revenue nationally from 6.7M to 8.8M. Traveled 25% for client meetings. Ended 11/09/2007 Started 03/14/2005 Paradigm Engineering Manager of Large Commercial Account Managers-Leading and motivated at team of 12 employees daily which includes regional account managers, account analyst and large commercial inspectors within three regions. Managed client relationships to verify complete satisfaction and was an escalating point for all issues or situations. Worked with national/regional clients, revenue forecasting, contract negotiation, budget/P & L management, employee development, business analysis, pricing and project coordination. Worked with and trained new commercial clients on expectations for each job site also developing methods to increase sales. Traveled 40% for meetings with clients and construction sites has needed.
