Daily Duties at Esoterix:
Site Manger responsibility included management of the entire facility, staff, including purchasing and inventory. My position performed all hiring, counseling, performance evaluations and termination of staff. Daily involvement in all QA/QC matters from SOP revisions to daily controls. Work load consisted of work with all clinical trials, involved in set up of trial and specimens testing and storage. Worked closely with auditors during inspections, complied with regulatory requirements - including state and federal regulations. Involved in all safety matters and concerns performed all safety inspections and training. • Reduced overtime, and costs for building by 75% in first six months through corrective action steps with staff and re-negotiation of lease and space • Error reduction was decreased significantly in specimen receiving station by more supervision and accountability • Passed CAP audit with no deficiencies in 2006 Laided off due to lab being bought and closed
