Daily Duties at At&T:
IMPLEMENTATION MANGER Managed and maintained the applications of multiple systems, using various tools to ensure the integrity of the companies well being. · Ran UNIX Scripts and ran probes to Check Application Availability and errors to see if problem is critical and if it should be escalated to support. · Provided Application Support with data for fixing the problems, by running scripts, checking logs and restarting Applications in a timely manner · Engaged Tier 2 support on Priority 1 issues to have all appropriate parties together on resolving critical issues. · Successfully performed and managed Swat & Triage for Mission Critical Applications · Managed and maintained the company’s Methods and Procedures in Sharepoint · Opened up trouble tickets through ticketing systems such as Vantive and AOTS when resolving problems so all material from the problem can be documented as the events occur in real time until the problem is resolved. · Resolved Escalation via email according to Methods and Procedures SBC, Yorktown Hts., NY 2002-2005 Resource Technician Manage and maintain the IBM 3090 mainframe under JES3 environment. Manage database integrity and on-line availability · Used technical ability to prioritize, organize, solve and escalate problems · Backed up various servers, weekly and monthly · Ensured completion of batch processing cycles, special processing requests · Managed and implemented Time Change of the mainframe environment · Monitored telecommunications lines for batch terminals. · Trained junior operators and assumed responsibility of lead in his absence
