Daily Duties at Swift Transportation:

Advanced through company from driver to Regioanal Operations Manager. Responsible for one of four regions in the $500 million Dedicated Services Division for the $2.3 billion Swift Transportation Co., Inc. Customer satisfaction and profit and loss management for 22 accounts representing more than $125 million in annual sales. Staff development of 35 on-site personnel from eight states to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction and employee productivity. Dedicated accounts included Rite-Aid, JC Penney, Weyerhaeuser, Target, The Home Depot, Sears, Pepsi, and Dollar Tree. The dedicated services division is responsible for attracting new revenue for clients who demand 98+% efficiencies, including on-time deliveries, damage-free deliveries, highly responsible billing and accounting procedures, and a complete understanding of the customer’s operation.
