Acted as a liaison between Saint-Gobain US and the mother company in France on all Health, Safety, and Environmental issues. Negotiated agreements and contracts for customized software development, and for hardware and software purchases. Reduced work accidents by more than 40% in two years and reduced workmen’s compensation costs by developing and implementing a strategic safety program for all Saint-Gobain Corporation locations worldwide. Developed a Health and Safety System to track employees' work history, and their exposure to hazardous materials. Project included requirement analysis, design, programming, testing, training, and implementation. Developed a Financial Information System for reporting accounting and financial data to Compagnie de Saint-Gobain according to the French accounting system. Project included all Systems Development Life Cycle.
