Daily Duties at Wp Realty:
Oversaw the operations at 13 retail shopping centers totaling 3 million square feet for the Northeast coast. Area included properties in MA, NH, CT, NJ, PA, and NY. Directed maintenance team efforts to ensure safety and upkeep for each center. Negotiated vendor agreements and supervise adherence to contracted services. Developed/allocated $18 million annual budget. Inspected properties and worked with Asset Management and Tenant Coordination to upgrade facilities and determine capital projects. Prepared monthly accounting reports.
