Oversaw the operations at 9 retail shopping centers totaling 2.1 million square feet in the Philadelphia area and southern New Jersey. Led maintenance team efforts to maintain facilities safety and appearance for each center. Negotiated vendor agreements and supervise adherence to contracted services. Developed/allocated $10 million annual budget. Inspected properties and worked with Asset Management and Tenant Coordination to upgrade facilities and determine capital projects. Prepared monthly accounting reports.
