Daily Duties at Pracs Institute:

Closely managed the efforts of a scientist, a data manager, and 4 chemists. Stewarded an annual budget of $1M. Liaised between client and in-house management to provide clinical and nonclinical study status and timelines. Orchestrated development, validation, execution, and revision of HPLC and LC-MS/MS bio-analytical methods. Analyzed and approved data, generated reports, and investigated assay failures. Delivered cross training of team members in various bio-analytical instrument platforms. Identified, assessed, developed and implemented corrective action plans to protect clinical patients as well as company material and human resources assets.  Improved recording traceability and regulatory compliance. Developed and implemented a document control system.  Reduced the risk of physical laboratory injuries by replacing manual pipettes with more ergonomic electronic pipettes.
