Retained as Department Manager to manage daily business operations and provide technical oversight to improve performance following Katrina. Promoted to Vice President to manage two departments (Jefferson and Baton Rouge) as “one team” and synergistically utilize the human resources of both. I negotiated a MSA which resulted in a streamlined approval process for new work. As a result, annual revenues from this client more than doubled. Realized $2.5 million in gross revenues; led a staff of 16; reported to the Executive VP.
