Extensive auditing experience with a wide array of clients, specializing in not-for-profit organizations. Responsible for planning, executing, and supervising staff on audit engagements. Initiated and maintained client contact, including members of senior management. Conducted fraud interviews and internal control walkthroughs. Provided auditing services, aid with other financial projects, and acted as an advisor to clients on accounting and operating procedures. Aided partners in presenting client financial statements to Board of Directors. For labor union clients, prepared Form LM-2. Completed tax filings Form 990 and Form 5500, for not-for-profit and employee benefit plans, respectively. Trained and evaluated staff on engagements. Aided in teaching Certified Professional Education sessions to members of the staff. Instructed various sessions in training new staff, including ProSystem Engagement training. Participated in recruiting efforts, including interviewee greeter and interviewing internship applicants. Created and proctored a question and answer session with on-site recruits.
