Daily Duties at Eastern Financial Florida Credit Union:

Successfully communicated vision, mission, and strategies to staff to create an environment where people could excel their continuous improvements and expectations. Held multiple roles including providing reports to Senior Management/CEO, budget inquiries/allocations of General Ledgers. Implemented Policies & Procedures collaborated and worked closely with most departments in the Credit Union in order to compile information to complete reports for Senior Management. Oversaw continuance and updating for large staff annual/sick leave records. Assisted Vice President in the development, planning and building process of 5 new Branches in Dade and Broward Counties. Key Accomplishments: • Conceptualized, planned, and delivered 5 Branches comprising of meetings, obtaining bids, attaining city & county permits, and certificates of occupancy. • Devised a tool that kept excellent attendance records for large Retail Operations staff which at times had inconsistencies with HR records. • Provided continual support/mentoring to large Call Center staff.
