 Project Manager for Plant Capitol improvement with funding of five million dollars for Capital improvement projects of Waste Water and Recovery System which included scope and implementation of design, safety, start up, check-out, and training of plant personal.  Business Manager over five to eight employees who combines management, finance and accounting skills with engineering expertise and problem-solving acumen to cost-effectively design, plan and implement projects based on facility need, and to maintain these essential systems.  Mechanical Engineer applying expertise as a major factor in applied organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills to the oversight and management of a staff of electrical, safety engineers, construction managers, design draftsmen, maintenance and production supervisors and staff and independent contractors, through preventive maintenance program(PM) for scheduling plant shut down, through daily tool box meetings and equipment life cycle management and minor maintenance
