Recruit to supervise team of 100 in coordinating events with 30 to 2100 attendees. Trained and molded high-performing, cross functional teams that fulfilled all program objectives and contributed to success of large-scale events. Manage day-to-day administrative and financial operations; human resources, client billings, accounts payable and receivable. Built strong relationships and conducted win-win negotiations with preferred vendors to reduce company expenses. Held accountable for analyzing situations, setting priorities, and developing feasible strategies that produced above satisfactory solutions.
