Training Specialist for #1 rated multiple-brand QSR franchiser. Conduct full facet pre-open employee training and certification (ranging from 5 to 30 days) for variant quick serve restaurants. Perform extensive travel (20 days per month) throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia. Built knowledgeable, loyal staff through employee and management development programs – emphasizing training in daily operations, food safety issues, equipment, financial reporting and marketing procedures. Compose comprehensive training reports for each assignment – verbal and written. Perform follow-up visits to coach and motivate team members in achieving targeted objectives. Focus on exceeding franchisee expectations with “above and beyond” focus on guest satisfaction and employee retention, consistently putting forth the extra effort. Design and implement team building activities – contests, games, meetings – to reinforce concept, and encourage winning attitude transferable to daily sales.
