Consultant for Development Agent overseeing 330+ Arizona based restaurants. Independently responsible for monthly evaluations of 40 franchise owned restaurants; ensure corporate policies are being met, regulations are being followed and areas of compliance are imposed. Complete pre-open inspection, guidance and coordination of new restaurants. Conduct site reviews to evaluate potentially conflicting venues. Perform on-site training; operational, management, and administrative sessions. Provide franchisee’s sound financial guidance and operational direction to increase profitability
