• Legal assistance to Commercial/Transactions Attorneys for mergers and acquisitions, prepared M&A and registration documents, corresponded with outside counsel and maintained the contracts management database • Drafted commercial agreements • Managed the Corporate Governance of Foreign and Domestic Subsidiaries that included compliance with legal requirements, the formation of new subsidiaries and the dissolution of subsidiaries • Served as liaison between the Legal department and outside agencies, other corporate departments and third parties • Directed the foreign (Apostil) and domestic notarization procedure and legalization by Consulates in the US • Responsible for procedure and connection with CT Corporation Systems and Secretary of State • Provided litigation support for Litigation Attorneys for cases including HIPAA contracts, sales representative agreements and third party bankruptcy
