Daily Duties at Vsi Inc.:

Provided second level trouble escalation support for BellSouth Video Operations Center in Charlotte, NC. My responsibilities were to support BellSouth technicians with CPE equipment (“customer premise equipment” including V-Tel media max, CLI Rembrandt, and NT DV-45 codecs). I was also tasked with maintaining the “Video Administrator” scheduling and database management system.
