Daily Duties at Washington Mutual :
•Accepted rotational assignment in Quality Assurance to drive consistency in audit quality across department •Expertly manage multi-disciplined audits from a wide variety of business divisions, including: HR, Legal, Corporate Property, Enterprise Operations, Corporate Program Office, Enterprise Risk Management •Strategically provide direction and scope for manager and staff on engagements •Consult with company Executives and senior management on emerging risks and enterprise-wide issues •Coordinate semi-annual risk assessment for Retail Banking, Corporate Support and Enterprise Risk Management functions •Identify enterprise-wide issues of strategic importance •Implement operational audit strategy for WaMu outsourced/off-shored activities
