 Manage and finish with success large projects sold to customers, designing and installing turnkey systems for Radio and TV Stations. Many examples of these projects are: Channel 8, San Salvador; which is a network with 1 10Kw VHF Solid State transmitter and 2 1Kw VHF Transmitter plus 3 microwave link; Channel 21 Panama, Turnkey system with 10Kw UHF transmitter solid state, Microwave link, antennas and accesories; Channel 27 Guatemala city, turnkey system with 30Kw UHF transmitter, antennas and accesories; Channel 15 San Salvador turnkey system with 10Kw UHF solid state, microwave link antennas and accesories; Channel 48 network turnkey system with 2 solid state transmitter(10KW), 1 UHF solid state transmitter(1kw), 6 microwave link, antennas and accesories.  Design and management of large RF projects for Radio and TV Stations.  Design TV projects up to 60Kw in UHF and VHF.  Supervise projects, installations and maintenance of the RF equipment sold to customers.  Administration of entire company, emphasizing in promotion of sales  Customer relations and visits in Latin America to promote sales of the largest projects.  Hire, Fire personnel.  Establish company policies and procedures..
