Daily Duties at Uni Print Systems Inc.:

marketing and Public relations planning and producing pr materials, including press releases, calendars, newsletters, packaging, corporate identity, brand development and print collateral • Working in Quark, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, web sites and online for direct marketing. • Collaborates with clients and vendors to develop and coordinate on-line campaigns and communications. • Analyzing and updating budgets and costs. Monitors, tracks and analyzes performance of campaigns. • Preparing materials for clients’ web site as well as strategically writing copy and addressing client’s media situations. • Organized, handled details adapting to changing priorities • Market and competitive analysis • All print production and buying including paper and production supplies. Overseeing printing in-house operations staff. • Selecting print vendors for any outside printing needs, estimating and bidding, on-press approvals. • Purchased graphic and print production and printing materials. Negotiations and estimating direct mail projects and fulfillments. Working closely with direct mail houses, vendors and freelancers. • Negotiating list buying and working with direct mail houses. • Copy writing, all graphics, newsletters, print production (worked in Mac CS3 and PC Quark Xpress) and Preflight • Organized, styled and overseeing staff on photo shoots. • Buying and placing media. Digital and web development, estimating and negotiating for clients. • Overseeing trafficking/approval procedures/monitoring production budgets • Organized, negotiated and purchased graphic computer hardware and software • Meeting with clients to discuss marketing and local image and campaign programs. • Managing work flow and relations with clients’ needs while ensuring quality of work. • Producing marketing materials, advertising and media planning and budgets for clients. Bidding on client contracts. • Responsible for overall creative vision and quality of the printed materials. • Art director and designing clients’ materials including collateral design, logo development, print advertising, outdoor, display, packaging, signage, tickets and web development & maintenance. • Maintain ongoing communication with clients ensuring timely execution and follow-through on projects to delivery. • Schedule and participate in regular design review and status meetings. • Met with clients to assist clients in planning their marketing annual program including public relations planning, promotions, collateral materials, calendars and aiding in budgeting and producing their marketing objectives.
