Daily Duties at One Jackson Square Via Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group:

• Effectively manage a storefront sales office in Greenwich Village for a high-end new construction luxury condominium • Give presentations and tours to high profile clients to create sales contracts for multi-million dollar residential units • Schedule all appointments and marketing meetings for the project • Participate in weekly team meeting to discuss customer feedback, implement forward thinking marketing, and initiate incentives for buyers • Work closely with Director of Sales to maintain records of sales contracts, communication with prospective buyers, and broker commissions • Coordinate all on-site events with the Director of Marketing by implementing timelines and managing vendor relationships • Utilize and maintain the Access database for all reporting purposes consisting of all visits, phone calls, appointments and sales • Diligently create custom reports for the project’s Managing Director and the developer of the condominium • Actively engage in marketing campaigns and participate in special events to increase public awareness of the project
