• Successfully maintained the overall cohesiveness of the office by: opening/closing the office, ordering supplies, organizing general office areas, and coordinating with the building management office for engineering needs • Updated an ongoing list of new luxury development projects and the respective individuals who worked on each project • Compiled a daily real estate newspaper report outlining all major U.S. publications which included relevant industry news and distributed the report to 1,000+ employees via email • Alerted the public relations team when a project represented by Corcoran Sunshine was mentioned in a publication • Created a press library for the Director of Public Relations through clipping and organizing industry/project related articles in all major magazines, newspapers and industry publications • Worked at on-site grand opening events and model residence release parties for new luxury developments; created guest lists for events, coordinated guest check-in and helped direct potential buyers to proper sales associates
