Guided and trained a 5-member team on strategic outsourcing (SO) bids to take over servicing customers’ computers and IT products. * Established procedures to use the Internet to gather product data for service cost estimates. * Secured bids with Merrill Lynch, Amtrak, Dell, Kingston Technology, and HP, each generating from $250,000 to $500,000 a month in service revenue.
