IBM Service Planner / Team Lead (2000 to 2005) Led 3-member service planning team responsible for banking product service contract with Wincor-Nixdorf that generated as much as $10 million in annual revenue. * Implemented service delivery for a fast-paced 6-month roll out of 1,700 Wincor-Nixdorf ATMs for eTrade in Target stores — delivered project on schedule and exceeded all customer (eTrade) expectations. * Planned and implemented service readiness for 2,500 US Post Office automated kiosks — service contract exceeded estimated gross profit projections 5 years in a row. * Developed formulas based on large printer’s transaction history and failure rates to enable service costing based on transactions rates. This resulted in competitive maintenance prices for customers with lower ATM usage, such as the United States Postal Office and eTrade.
