o Manage software development projects throughout life cycle. o Manage Java/J2EE based Web development project deliverables o Manage C#, .NET based Web development project deliverables o Facilitate status meetings, create and manage project artifacts i.e, requirements & design documents, and coordinate distribution. o Create scope of work, project plans and assist in gathering requirements/ specifications while meeting project milestones. o Provide CBAs, Impact Analysis, Risk Mitigation Strategies, Change Control, etc.. o Motivate project team to successful project completion within budget and on time. o Meet financial milestones tied to project deliverables.
