o Manage the communication of cross-functional teams to ensure client deliverables are met o Work with client, engineering team and subcontractors to create required deliverables for all project lifecycle phases, including requirements, design documents, specification, cost and resource estimating, project planning and scheduling, implementation, roll-out and maintenance o Track project progress and report status on a regular basis to customers and the Company o Facilitate weekly meetings, publish meeting minutes that control and drive the project forward o Manage and follow up on multiple concurrent projects on tight deadlines o Manage project budgets for both labor and material and provide an estimate to completion for each project on a regular basis
