Daily Duties at Atlantic Diving Supply Inc. (Ads:
A substantial part of the Export Compliance Team developing and implementing training of export compliance regulations in order to manage regulatory and business risk and ITAR and EAR compliance violations. Prepare, track and manage license applications and Technical Assistance Agreements for submission to the U.S. Department of State and the US Department of Commerce. Manage International Development Teams sales and financial reports to ensure financial success and continued global progress. Specific Accomplishments: • Developed and Export Compliance Program which permitted ADS to compete in the Global Market processing over 120 approved licenses. • Maintain an internal corporate data base to 1) ensure the prompt retrieval of license status information and 2) satisfy U.S. regulatory requirements for recordkeeping; and 3) allow for compilation of export licensing metrics • Prepare Standard Operating procedures for Agent Agreement and ITAR and EAR Regulated Products • Develop and implement a Process to track sales and margins for the International Development Team, which improved sales by 20% • Track orders over $500k from conception to final disposition to ensure expedite resolution of all issues and final disposition of margin goal.
