Provide executive level administrative/ personal support to Group CFO and Group VP of Human Resources Manage senior management intensive calendar and meeting management using Outlook Prepare performance management and improvement tracking systems Prepare employee orientation, development and training logistics and recordkeeping Prepare and maintain PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets using advanced functions Coordinate intensive travel arrangements and managed expenses for senior management Prepare and coordinate the planning of meetings and conferences Assist with day-to-day efficient operation of the HR GRP group Handle Ad Hoc assignments as required
