Managed a cross functional team throughout the complete development cycle of power processing/distribution and remote interface units for space applications. Interfaced with internal customers to develop product requirements. Responsible for technical design and performance verification. • Prepared and presented detailed presentations to convince company technical experts and external customers that the unit design meets system requirements. • Created standard analysis spreadsheets/templates that is utilized by the entire product line team. This reduced design schedule, budget and provided a baseline that can be easily reviewed and understood. • Participated in engineering Six Sigma process improvements for board development and worst case analysis. This optimized employee performance and provided more streamlined and efficient processes.
