Facilitated technical trade studies with the engineering team to make timely decisions and escalated to executive management as needed. • Reduced program schedule risk by implementing parallel product design and verification efforts. This allowed fast response and issue resolution to last minute engineering design surprises. • Created an efficient, streamlined process with external Asian vendors that reduced engineering build cycles by 1 week. • Lead new technology investigation with a potential company partner that impacted the future touch technology product roadmap. • Drove the qualification of new materials in the supply chain to reduce product costs.
