Served as a primary resource to achieve the established productivity and standards of excellence in individualized parient care for newborns.Demonstrates critical thinking skill in recognizing any abnormalities of a newborn during physical assessment and nursing entervention. Administer initial medications and proper documentations. Also floats to NICU assigned to Special Care neonates.
