Supervised section managers responsible for budget, accounting, debt management, rate administration, purchasing, and audit functions to support the water, wastewater and electrical enterprises. Monitored financial performances and audits. Coordinated the development of annual operation and capital budgets of $510M. Prepared quarterly reports for the Commission and senior management.
