Daily Duties at Dameron Hospital:

Functions as primary resource on the unit. Works directly with unit staff to provide clinical support of quality patient care in the unit. Insures compliance with an appropriate nursing assessment and documentation for quality care assurance. Facilitates all admissions,discharges and transfers activities. Insures staffing plan in the unit. Mentor newly hired RN staff. Provides staff education to improve patient care and promote a safe patient environment that insure continuous establishment of Service Excellence. Demonstrates critical thinking skill and professionalism pertinent to quality patient care,interaction with physicians and customers.Performs annual staff evaluation.
