- Launched new business development in China; sourced/developed 10 new Asian suppliers, resulting in excess on $5MM YOY cost savings, allowing introduction of 8 products into NA market. - Authored Supplier Quality Assurance Manual using standards and templates for APQP/PPAP processes; risk management processes and customer driven processes. - Supervised 4 in developing NA (North American) and LLC (Low Cost Countries) suppliers for Cost, Quality and Productivity; managed product budgets, plans and schedules. - Performed risk management assessment between Global Suppliers and Corporate. - Developed New Product Development System (NPI); authored 200+ page manual with detailed instruction, processes, and forms.
