Daily Duties at Computer Services Group:
Provided outsourced technical support. Functioned as full-time help desk consultant for major pharmaceutical company. Supported up to 1,000 clients as dispatcher and floor tech. Troubleshot applications and hardware.administration and NetBoot image server. Created scripts for CA DSM implementation on Macs using ARD. Developed and maintained user accounts as well as file shares for Windows and Apple environments. Established VoIP accounts and set up phones. Managed inventory for software library and hardware. Served as technical trainer for all company new hires. Built and deployed custom Windows XP SP2 & OS 10.4 images with pre-configured software and Active Directory“Single Sign On” capabilities via Symantec Ghost and Apple NetBoot Servers. Deployed 200+ Windows machines within deadline of three (3) days. Converted outdated Macintosh workstation environment to latest version 10.4.
