 Led large scope data center relocation during organizational merge.  Leadership included ecommerce infrastructure, new facility build out, and facilitation of many teams including: Java WebServer, WebLogic, WebTrends, and Sendmail.  Defined, and implemented robust business continuity plan including data replication across 5 states.  Created mechanisms for performance assurance for major B2B and B2C Websites implemented on Linux servers and WebLogic HPUX servers using Loadrunner, MeasureWare, Performance Monitor, Glance and Patrol.  Managed relocation of over 80 database instances for development, test, quality assurance, BCP, and production environments.
