Sub-contracted by Dell to support Axa Financial Advisors Supported user workstations for HSBC, DVB, and Independence Bank. Managed and directed all special assignments. Supported NYC public schools in all five (5) boroughs. Coordinated and oversaw 33 technicians for Dell Managed Services.
