Began as technology finance manager/project controller for this subsidiary of AIG with a budget of ~$60M and 350 personnel. Grew rapidly in responsibilities to include operations in Taiwan, Argentina, Poland, Hong Kong, and the Philippines. Served as liaison among several departments including Risk Management, HR, IT, Operations and Corporate Legal. Created and implemented post-9/11 business continuity plans. Brought in cost cutting and best business practices in consolidating 14 separate international subsidiaries’ budgeting and IT financial reporting procedures.
