Daily Duties at On Time Processing :
• Completed a special project with Bank United assisting clients with mortgage loan modifications. • Successfully produced and worked on over 10 million dollars in mortgage loan modifications. • Help Loan Officers with quoting and deal structuring of FHA and Conventional loans. • Simultaneously process and manage pipeline for multiple brokers and loan officers. • Validate and verify loan application information, comparing application information to system input, and analyze supporting documentation on Automated Underwriting system, DU, and LP. • Review loan application package for completeness and accuracy. • Evaluate files for quality control and risk issues to identify and eliminate potential mortgage fraud. • Handle all communication with underwriting department to ensure a seamless execution; review HUD and other documents. • Work closely with loan officers to obtain the highest level of customer satisfaction under high stress levels to meet mortgage contingencies and insure timely closings per sales contract and rate lock expiration dates.
