Daily Duties at Kddi:
• Managed generation of monthly invoices for the whole Military Base Installation (MCAS Iwakuni, Japan). • Managed generation of Final Bill for disconnected phone lines on a daily basis. • Responsible for data entry such as information on client’s TAD (Deployment), Leave, Relocation, Change of RTD (Rotation Date), Change of Rank and other important information. • Modified and updated customer’s information. • Responsible for fixing the bills manually due to system error. • Provided direct administrative support/assistance to the Telephone Director Officer, Assistant Director, and KDDI Headquarter in Tokyo. • Filing and sending data to Main Office in Tokyo. • Provided important information to customers regarding new international call rates, events, and promotions. • Trained employees in the full scope of their duties and responsibilities. • Coordinated, assisted, and supervised events and campaigns that was sponsored by the company. • Built some billing programs in access and excel to make the job easier for all staff.
