Served as a liaison between the trading room and loan administration regarding advance Eurodollar funding. Coordinated fund transfers, G/L account reconciliation, and non-accrual portfolio monitoring and reporting. Prepared and analyzed head office and interdepartmental reporting on a periodic basis. Coordinated documentation for syndicated loans. Supported the letter of credit department. Processed documentation for commercial letters of credit, including bills of lading as well as payments. Performed financial and information audits, including money market/securities, letter of credit, foreign exchange, foreign exchange options, mortgage backed securities, interest rate swaps, customer loans, business continuity testing, federal reserve bank and clearing house contingency testing, and physical security and application reviews.
