CPM scheduling & work delegation to subcontractors & company crew. #Consistently placed among top three bidders & won 12-17% of hard bids. #Concurrently estimated & managed projects #New construction of hospitals, medical & dental centers, churches & retail space as well as conversion of warehouses to office: Projects ranged in contract value from $150,000 to $3m
