Daily Duties at Associated Construction:

Primarily executed hard bids per plans and specifications with some conceptual estimating. Interface with owners & architects on value engineering. #Estimating & preparation of bid packages for entire projects ranging in contract value from $150,000 to $4M including hospotals, banks, high rise office buildings, public schools, retail space, police and fire stations. #Won $12+M in public contracts in first six month of employment when company had no work.
