Performed takeoffs, material and Labor procing for different divisions including concrete, masonry, drywall,exterior/interior finishes, including other necessary procurements for project completion. High-rise condos, high-rise hotels,sport venues,public schools. #Member of 3 to 4 team performing estimates from conceptual through final design phase of projects: negiotiated conctrac values from $7M to $125M. #Review of subcontractor proposals:Scoped, compared and evaluated proposals against internal estimates. #Valued engineered projects to meet owner's budget
