- Ex Dir, NE Reg Claims (2007-2010) - responsible for Call Center composed of 525 employees and all associated indemnity, expense, customer service, employee engagement, QA and reg/compliance results. - Ex Dir, International Claims (2005-2006)- responsible for all international claim ops with offices in Condon, Frankfurt, Naples, Gaum and Seol. - Ex Dir, Corp Cas Claims (2001-2005)- responsible for Corp Cas Claims strategy, policy and technical administration of claims >$300K and Immediate Response Call Centers ops located in 7 regional locations and composed of more than 650 employees.
