• HVAC air and water systems selection and design for new and existing building renovations. • Heating and cooling load calculations with building, mechanical and energy code analysis. • Existing building survey and system analysis. • Air and water system component sizing and selection. • Preparation of construction drawings using AutoCAD software program. • LEED certification document preparation. • Write and edit construction specifications for mechanical systems. • Construction administration involving site visits and shop drawing review. • Participate in team meetings with owners, architects and other engineering professionals. • Buildings designed for: history museum, new and existing office buildings; office renovations in two-story and high-rise buildings; LEED Gold certified manufacturing facility; medical/health care facilities and medical office buildings; server rooms; low-rise condominium; gulf club house and ball rooms; hotels; churches; zoo cat house renovation; commercial banks and retail stores.
