• Successfully completed initiatives encompassing SMTP e-mail firewalls, caching web accelerator appliances, and Domino partitioning expansion for reduction in ongoing support costs and time. • Delivered critical support for Lotus Notes/Domino and other messaging services including SMTP e-mail gateways for 16,000 users and 56 servers across multiple locations. • Ensured and optimized IT security; scrutinized virus patterns to establish monitoring rules and avert infection and intrusion. • Mentored, trained, coached and supported new team members. • Demonstrated cross-platfom (Linux/Windows/AIX/Solaris) proficiency in optimizing and administering Lotus Notes/Domino 5.x and 6.x servers, Rightfax servers, and other messaging applications.
