Daily Duties at Bowhead:
• Established successful relationship and collaboration with our parent company, as well as, other business unit IT departments in an effort to establish a national team for an enterprise domain. Implemented Active Directory, and Exchange, in an effort of moving from a Citrix remote access environment to establishing a State of the Art NOC. Responsibilities include hiring the right staff(26 direct reports), Managed $8.4 million dollar budget, educating users, upgrading the public website, as well as implementing SharePoint and web portal development. Deployed an SSL VPN, a current remote access solution, along with a backup and restore solution, and a Service Desk (Help Desk) Solution generating weekly status reports. Implementation methodologies are according to ITIL and Lean Six Sigma (Green & Yellow Belts).
