Daily Duties at Newton Memorial Hospital:
Oracle DBA / Cerner infrastructure engineer: (SEPT 2002 – 2009) (HNAM) Responsible for all hardware planning and implementation for Cerner Millennium. Perform all capital purchases for Newton including initial Intel and Mainframe servers and continue to do operating / capital budgets for hardware and sublicense software for Millennium footprint. Manage all back-end infrastructure; utilizing CernerWorks Scripts, BMC, Lights-on, and Olympus to leverage technology to optimize performance / user experience.
