• Responsible for directing large staff in areas of Customer Care, Sales, Operations, HR, and Fulfillment for various facilities in Southern California market Direct, Develop, Implement and Monitor performance metrics, facilitating improvements in customer experience and individual and team performances. • Direct staff to meet or exceed goals in areas of sales, financial performance, safety, quality, and timely completion of customer fulfillment activities.• Influenced improvements in communication between local Field and Business Operations, Regional Call Center, Managers and Supervisors. Coordinated local and regional meetings to review business drivers, and sales performance results.
